One of my biggest problems is not really a problem at all. Theres thousands of yummy restaurants in NYC and most likely I won't to try them all. So i started Discovery.yum with the idea to help myself and a lot of other people out. What we do is we survey our users about their food choices as a way to get to know them. Then we form a unique curated list of restaurants that they haven't been to before but we think they would like. Then we pick a dish from the list and deliver it to them once a week. Kinda like an awesome dish sampling expedition. The restaurants win because they get a brand spanking new customer and the customer wins because get to try new food for half the cost!
