We added our first verified indie partner offer to DiscountHub

Today we added 3 new partner updates to the product:
Two new partners were added to the promo codes section, and we also added our first verified indie partner offer.
The indie partner offer is from OWL Transfer — a secure file sharing platform for sending large files with privacy-focused features like PGP encryption, password protection, expiration dates, download limits, and OneTimeView.
They created a special code for DiscountHub users:
50% off any paid plan with code DISCOUNTHUB50
Valid until Dec 31, 2026
This is the first offer in our new partner section, and honestly it feels like an important step.
Until now, DiscountHub was mostly about helping users find discounts from stores and marketplaces.
But this update made the direction clearer:
DiscountHub can also become a small discovery channel for indie makers, SaaS tools, and online products that want to offer a real deal to people who are already looking for discounts.
We also made another improvement based on feedback from the community.
Some people pointed out that store/source clarity matters. So instead of showing only a broad name like “AliExpress”, we’re now making the source more specific when needed, for example “AliExpress PL”.
It’s a small detail, but it helps users understand where the offer comes from and makes the experience feel more transparent.
Small steps, but the product is becoming clearer every day.
Question for you:
Would you trust a curated “verified partner offers” section inside a discount app if the offers came from real indie makers and online products?
