Hey There 👋, Being part of a fast-moving company, I realized that our team was struggling to correctly prioritize and be on top of code reviews. As the team grew, we would often have too many last-minute reviews, or a bunch of PRs forever waiting for reviews. This takes a toll on code velocity and quality. I also noticed similar tracking and management problems with support queries and tasks. Getting tagged in so many threads across multiple channels, it becomes hard to keep track of all the open threads and resolve them. We would often lose track of an issue, and the thread would get buried in a pile, only to come back and haunt us later 😅. This motivated me to work on a personal project, to simplify and streamline these processes. DifQ is a Slack-first solution, that makes it easier to orchestrate Code Reviews and Support Tasks.
