DictaFlow - Lightweight, privacy-first AI dictation for any app

Hi Product Hunt! I'm excited to share DictaFlow, a lightweight, privacy-respecting AI dictation tool that works in any app — from IDEs and terminals to remote desktops. We built DictaFlow after being frustrated with existing dictation tools that hog resources, run in the background, and fail in VDI or when coding. DictaFlow's core interaction is simple: hold a trigger, speak naturally, and release to type. It captures audio only while you hold the trigger, with no always-on microphone or background processes. It's context-aware: it automatically formats code, math, and emails, and handles corrections like "actually..." elegantly. It even types characters (instead of pasting) when clipboards are blocked, so it works in Citrix, VMware, and other virtual desktops. This is our first public launch and we'd love your feedback!
