I built Dialbotix after observing a recurring problem across businesses: while companies invest heavily in lead generation, they still lose a significant portion of revenue due to slow response times, missed calls, and overextended SDR teams. In many cases, even a delay of a few minutes in follow-up was enough to lose a potential deal. Scaling sales teams to solve this wasn’t efficient or cost-effective, and most existing AI calling or chat solutions only operated at a surface level without taking meaningful action inside the CRM. What began as a simple AI calling tool gradually evolved into something much more powerful. Dialbotix became a revenue execution layer that doesn’t just engage with leads, but determines the appropriate next step in real time. It can call, qualify, schedule follow-ups, book meetings, or disqualify leads, and then carry out those actions directly within systems like HubSpot or Salesforce. Over time, the focus shifted from building an AI voice assistant to creating a workflow driven sales automation engine. Does Dialbotix log the full transcript and key fields, like budget and timeline, into HubSpot automatically?

Currently Dialbotix shows a real-time transcript during calls and stores the full transcript and recording in the Dialbotix dashboard, where you can review, listen to, and download them anytime. Currently, this data is not automatically synced back to HubSpot; our HubSpot integration is focused on lead import. CRM enrichment with transcripts and extracted call insights is on our product roadmap.
