Is it more expensive to use AI than real people? Or vice versa? [Real costs]

  • Yesterday, I saw this report: Meta employees consumed 73.7 trillion AI tokens in a single month. This costs roughly $221 million a month and around $2.65 billion a year. That s the salary of about 9,000 engineers.

  • In addition, the consumption of tokens (energy and electricity related to it) also has its limits.

  • Many people are starting to boycott AI. Today I read in a private message from a company profile: "Was about to sign up and noticed you use AI images, so decided not to"

I don t doubt that AI makes our lives easier and creates opportunities in many ways.

But don t you notice the fact that at a certain point it becomes unsustainable and disadvantageous?...

What are the BEST and WORST lead gen tools you have tried?

While building Jesse, I talked with a ton of founders, builders and asked about their experience with the best and worst lead gen tools they have used.
I am curious to know the opinion of this group on this matter.
Some common ones that many use today are:
> Apollo
> Clay
> Lusha
> Zoominfo
Feel free to name and mention any other tools that you have come across.

What's the PROBLEM your product solves?

In the month that I've been here, I've been noticing a pattern in a lot of launches - strong demos, polished UI, clear outputs of "what it does."

But when I ask myself "What problem does this solve?" I sometimes have to dig for the answer. (I come by that thinking honestly - I've spent 33 years building and fixing businesses, so this is the lens I can't turn off.)
