MarkdownX is the ultimate markdown editor with a dropdown menu of items including headers, lists, images, code blocks, links, animated GIFs, Youtube Emdeds, Codepen Embeds, and much more 🚀
The editor outputs clean Markdown and also has a Preview Mode 🍿

Hey Gang 👋, This is a project I started building for my website the DevDojo. I sent a tweet about this new editor I was working on and it got over 500 likes 🤯 That set things in motion and I quickly slapped together a landing page and captured emails 📬. It also got nearly 500 sign-ups. It was settled. I set out to enhance, tweak, and fine tune this component so that way it can easily be installed into a new or existing Tallstack application. This way fellow tall-stack developers can add an advanced markdown editor to their application 🤓. It was so extremely fun to build and I'm so excited about the future of it and all the cool things we can build with it 🚀

@csaba_kissi Thanks man! Sorry for the confusion, so I actually had a lite version of the editor; however, I decided against that last minute. Making this available primarily with a subscription on my site https://devdojo.com/pro will allow me to spend more time improving it and building more features. I need to change the PH listing to show that there are no free options available (however, you can demo it for free on the site). @tony_lea4 Ok thanks Tony! I would personally more likely to buy it once with an one year of update included. Because over time it gets extremely overpriced for me. I don't know actually how the pro subscription works. Does it mean that when I stop paying subscription it will stop working on my site?

Building a text editor is so daunting and so much fun. I did it for my old app, Graphite Docs, but this is so so much better than anything I’ve built. Nice work!
