Hey everyone 👋 I built Deskroamer because I kept running into the same frustrating problem: finding a café to work from sounds easy… until you actually try. Too often I’d end up somewhere with slow WiFi, no power outlets, or unexpected laptop rules like “no laptops after 12pm” or only being allowed to work at certain tables. After wasting way too much time hopping between places, I figured there should be a better way. So I started collecting cafés that are actually laptop-friendly, places with reliable WiFi, available outlets, and clear policies so you know what to expect before you go. That turned into Deskroamer. The goal is simple: help you spend less time searching and more time working (or enjoying your coffee).
