Unlike traditional copilots and workflow tools, Delphi can recommend when to act, experiment, escalate, wait, or rethink the problem entirely.

Hi, I'm LaSalle. For years I've been fascinated by a simple question: Why do smart people with enormous amounts of information still make poor decisions? We built dashboards. We built business intelligence. We built copilots. Now we're building AI agents. Yet one thing remains largely missing: Judgment. Delphi started as a personal tool for thinking through difficult decisions. Over time it evolved into something much larger: a platform that helps people and AI gather evidence, test assumptions, explore alternatives, and determine what should happen next. We're releasing Delphi early because we want to learn alongside the community. If you're a founder, consultant, investor, operator, or anyone making difficult decisions under uncertainty, I'd love to hear how you use it and what would make it indispensable.
