What inspired DebtWar? I noticed Telegram group chats are full of social chaos — people joking about debt, scamming each other over coffee money. But there was no game that actually gamified this dynamic. DebtWar turns "utang-piutang" culture into a full MMO economy right inside Telegram. The biggest challenge? @username dependency. Most Telegram games require usernames to tag players, but 60%+ of users don't set one. So I built a reply-to-message system — just reply to someone's message + command, no @username needed. It doubled engagement overnight. The economy runs on 5% daily interest, bank deposits, a casino with actual house edge, and investments updated hourly. All inside Telegram.
