Hey guys! It is great to finally launch DataCircle, a Data Marketplace on PH. DataCircle 🌎 is a platform whose aim is to help people find, share and exchange datasets but also monetize them. Hey Vladislav, we have an access code to limit a bit the user registration. Product Hunt users can use the access code 'PH'. But you should have seen that in the top banner.

Looks really cool! Have you guys checked out data.world (launched on PH last year )? Interested to hear how you see the differences between their work and DataCircle

Hey Jacob. We know of data.world and we have a few differences. One of them is that we take an ecommerce approach to improve discoverabilty and visibility. Also we give the opportunity for everyone to monetizing their dataset. I could keep on going, but in the end the goal is similar for C2C with different implementation. Our extra unique feature is that we target b2b ;) Hope this overs everything and thank you for your feedback!!

Hey , thanks for stopping by 🙂 Firstly, I believe that it's too early but I am pretty sure we will see some weird datasets being traded that we never knew they even exist! But that's the point, discovering those datasets hidden in obscure websites, around the web, allowing people to explore and then contribute on their own. We have a B2B side in which we want to enable companies to do data exchange without them building anything, having only to focus on their business strategies. We currently operate that as a side service "Data Asset Management", that will then move solely on the platform. More feedback on our b2b side would be of great help 🙂
Also in Berlin! Sweet idea 👌 No wonder response rates from my Kickstarter outbound blasts are low...even one of the top datasources you have is Kickstarter 😂
A platform like CloudFactory might be helpful to you at some point. 😄
