Our AI tackles the simpler, repetitive tasks, and more nuanced or emotional conversations can be escalated to a human agent. CX Genie chatbot can definitely tell the human intention will countless layers of test case from CX Genie to provide Chatbot with social listening skill, analyzing & return with precise knowledge to audience, regardless of the stage of knowledge wanna-know of that audience is in at the moment. From basic FAQ 1 question 1 answer, to detailed specification based on users' intention of knowledge craving from the semantic/intention research by the AI Chatbot - Hybrid mode: When AI Chatbot is stationing & operating all of the conversation, agents can have full access to their chat with audiences and take immediate intervention at any given time, seamless transition to real agents that audience don't even realize, back to bot replying, all-in-between.
