CrowdPlan - Group planning made easy.

Hey everyone, thanks for reading about CrowdPlan. We built the web-app when we realized how tedious a group hangout is to plan. I think there's room for improvement from the current method of back and forth texting to find a free time. Similar products such as Calendly and Doodle have created awesome tools for the business world, CrowdPlan aims to provide the same time-saving value for group hangouts! A quick overview of the functionality behind Crowdplan: - The system doesn't require any signup or login procedure, it's designed to be easily shared and used straight away - As a host, you will first enter your name, number, a suggested hangout spot, and your availability - We'll then create a sharable URL that you can send to your friends/group mates - When someone opens the URL you just sent them, they will be asked to enter their name, number, availability and optionally; they can suggest a hangout location - Once everyone in your group submits their availability our system will check to see if there is a shared free time slot between all the group members; if no time is found it will message all the group members notifying them that no time was found - If a free time was found, CrowdPlan will send you a link to the hangout description with "Add to Calendar" links on the page Please feel free to ask any questions and provide feedback on the project.
