Hey PH community

After a few months of building, we're launching CRMlytics. It's a predictive analytics CRM for WooCommerce that runs machine learning inside your WordPress install.

The problem

You can't tell who's about to stop buying, who's worth your next marketing dollar, or which repeat buyers are quietly going cold. The tools that could tell you charge hundreds a month and send your customer data to a third-party cloud. We wanted something different.

What it does

We bring predictive analytics into WordPress natively. Your data stays on your server. No monthly fees. No contact limits. Free on WordPress.org.

We use the machine learning to predict churn risk and expected future orders for each customer. Runs on your own server. So instead of guessing who to email, you put your budget on the customers the data says will buy.

Who it's for

- WooCommerce store owners who are losing repeat buyers and don't know it
- WordPress agencies managing multiple stores
- Anyone tired of sending customer data to another cloud platform

Features

  • Churn prediction: see who's going cold before they're gone

  • Order forecasts: who's buying in the next 30, 90, or 180 days, so your budget goes to the right people

  • RFM scoring: best buyers, loyal regulars, and inactive ones, automatically sorted

  • Health scores: one number per customer, so you know who needs attention this week

  • Store dashboard: key metrics and customer trends in one place, no spreadsheet needed

  • Custom segments: filter by orders, spend, health score, or purchase dates and save them for campaigns

  • Smart tags: auto-tag customers based on behavior, so your lists stay organized without manual work

  • Customer timeline: every order, email click, note, and activity in one place per customer

  • Contact management: log notes, calls, and custom fields directly on any customer profile

  • Email campaigns: target a segment or tag from inside the plugin, no tool-switching needed

  • CSV export: take any segment into Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or ActiveCampaign in one click

Would this be any good for me if I have a small e-commerce store?

Also, how much does the machine learning feature cost? is it also free built-in? or will I have to link an API or something?

Hello@joni_austin

The whole plugin is free including the machine learning.

I have some questions. How much order history CRMlytics need before churn prediction is accurate? Does the machine learning run in background, or can it slow the website? Is all customer data staying inside WordPress, even email clicks and notes? how is churn risk calculated? Is it based on last order date, order frequency, total spend, or product type? Can I see why a customer is marked high risk? Is this plugin meant to replace Klaviyo or Mailchimp, or just help create better segments before sending campaigns?

Hello@pie_git,

1. How much order history is needed? About 300 repeated customers is good for highly accurate results.

2. Does ML slow the website? No. The calculations run as a cron job.

3. Is data staying inside WordPress? Yes, 100%.

4. How is churn risk calculated? It looks at when someone last ordered and how often they order. One-time buyers get a simpler decay formula.

5. Can you see why a customer is marked high risk? Currently, the customer profile shows the numeric churn risk and category label only.

6. Replace Klaviyo/Mailchimp or just segmentation? That depend if you want abandoned cart recovery, and automation.
