Yes, a certain portion of Intercom's customers are switching to Crisp. Mainly because of the pricing.
is it possible to Hide customer contact (email information) from agent level users?

Seems like an interesting Customer messaging platform.
Love the product. Been using the free version and paid versions, but even the free version is quite valuable in the features it offers. My favorite feature by far is the seamless chat to email to chat type conversations.
