Hey Product Hunt 👋 I built CrewBase for small businesses that still manage employee requests through WhatsApp, spreadsheets, and email. The problem is simple: once a team grows, requests start getting lost. Managers forget approvals, employees ask for updates, and there is no clean history of what was approved, rejected, or pending.
