i tried it and am disappointed. the core feature is chat with your property yet it looks like a chatgpt wrapper with a simple prompt, i could just send the information to chatgpt free version myself. looks like it was built by a vibe coder. also it's not a new product it was launched like a year ago so there is no real excuse
i am not against chatgpt wrappers, business is business, but there is zero extra value not even a UI that facilitates information
