🤯 AWS free credits are great - until you run out of them. This can force startups to go out of business, or at least to rebuild with a different cloud provider. 💡At the same time there are lots of startups who never use all of their AWS credits. Why not share? 💥 CreditHero deploys your stack into the AWS account of another participating startup with low usage. You effectively get extra credits, and they get more usage that allows them to claim more credits.

Hi Igor, interesting idea. I have a concern, that if you charge $$ for your service it could be perceived as a reselling. If so, you'll be violating AWS Terms&Conditions
Igor Zalutski
@anton_selikhov1 Fair concern, thin line indeed. We believe that reselling would be only applicable if a startup would try to make money out of that; whereas we are a tool that facilitates sharing, the startup that shares doesn't actually get paid. Their benefit is that with higher usage they can claim more credits.

@turan Thanks!!

Thanks for this. Is there a privacy concern with someone else’s account seeing my stack?
Igor Zalutski
@kensavage very valid concern! Stack configuration - yes perhaps, but not data if it's encrypted. Deployment is handled automatically via Terraform

The best thing about free credits is that they are free, the worst thing about free credits is their expiry date. CreditHero extends your AWS credits for longer

Hello, I am creating my new startup on aws cloud services, and I would like to use these credits. How can I benefit from your service ?
Igor Zalutski
@amine_slimene are you running out of your AWS credits, or haven't got them yet?
Amine Slimene
@igorzij I haven't got them
Igor Zalutski
@amine_slimene Then you don't need CreditHero yet - simply apply for AWS Activate here: https://aws.amazon.com/activate/ Up to $100k should not be an issue, above that at Amazon's discretion
