You advertised “Free personalized videos from Santa,” both on your website and in the initial message. However, after signing up, I received an email saying: “Free videos are currently not available. Generate the full HD video for $6.99.” That’s misleading. If you're going to charge, say so upfront not after collecting emails. And if it really costs “less than a cup of coffee,” then perhaps you should cover it.
A very cool marketing idea to popularize your service. Next year I would suggest refining it) First, mention that you support multiple languages (I’ve already tried it and know that you do). Second, the video could be made fully, so Santa is clearly visible (right now it’s blurred). Third, there definitely needs to be an option to upload your own photo so that my face appears in the video. Fourth, lip movement synced to the text. And although this will cost you money, it’s hard to imagine a better advertising campaign.
By the way, I wanted to ask — which model are you using for video generation? Nano Banana or something else?
