Each model analyzes it independently, then a synthesis brings their answers together into a recommendation while showing where they agree and where they disagree. You can inspect each advisor's reasoning, compare the options, choose the models on your panel, and ask follow-up questions. The consensus score describes agreement between the models; it isn't a guarantee that their answer is correct.
