Hi lovely people ❤️ Backpacking friends and I have been putting a lot of love and weekends into cotravel. We're on the lookout for a Growth Hacker that understands taking social apps from 0 to 1 (the Cold Start problem). Please ping me if you fit the bill :)) WHAT is cotravel? We help expats and travellers find unique, non-touristy things to do, and meet with locals and other expats while travelling with the click of a button. HOW is this different? The main problem is that known websites such as Trip Advisor, will get you to the tourist hotspots, while others like Meetup are now over-run by promoters. That's not what most backpackers want. They want to immerse themselves in the culture of the country. WHEN will this be out? It already is 😎 We have a working MVP with 50 closed-beta users. Our vision is to build a network of solo-travellers, first in Spain, and later expand to other countries.

@dshahrokhian super pumped about this product. I am trying to find it on the greek app store but unfortunately I cannot for some reason. Any advice? Is it available for the European application markets?

This looks like such an amazing app! Is there a way to try it without being in Madrid? Cape Town is quite a good place to launch this - there are a few facebook groups for Nomads that you could leverage

@wisanishilumanimakes thanks Wisani! You can use it anywhere! Only in-person events are happening exclusively in Madrid, where we are based. We are looking for founding members, would be awesome to get some of your recommendations for South Africa 🤗
