Cosmoplace - The tool that simplifies the life of cosmetic laboratories

Cosmoplace was born out of a challenge I regularly encountered in my role as Head of Formulation and Regulatory Affairs at a cosmetics company. Managing over 10 simultaneous new product development projects, the complexity of exchanges, document management and coordination of actions between our brand and our subcontractors was overwhelming. This situation, mainly managed by e-mail and file transfers via WeTransfer, had become chaotic. This heavy administrative workload generated stress for the whole team, and made monitoring the progress of our projects counter-productive. We identified a crucial need to centralize all interactions relating to a single project. After consulting various cosmetics manufacturers, it became clear that the ideal solution would be to create a dedicated interface for their customers. This platform would enable them to collaborate in the simplest and most efficient way possible, all driven by an intuitive web application.
