Proxy 1.0 - Your AI Assistant that actually gets things done

by
Meet Proxy - the AI assistant that gets things done. While others just chat, Proxy executes tasks across websites. It clicks, scrolls & navigates, handling real interactions, turning AI from talk to action.

As an investor its amazing - great for helping to keep me organized, draft prospect emails, and then sort out my life-admin to-dos on the side! Thank you team for building such a useful product

@alex_quie so glad to hear how much you've loved it!

Congratulations on the launch of Proxy 1.0! 🚀🥳

This is truly a groundbreaking step in AI Agent automation. In my perspective, it’s a major leap forward in the AI tools landscape. As we know, AI Agents and AGI are getting closer, and Proxy 1.0 is a perfect example of how intelligent assistants can seamlessly integrate into our daily activities, making complex tasks feel effortless.

That said, I’m quite curious about something. Previously, you launched Convergence, and now we have Proxy 1.0. Are these two products closely connected? What’s the story behind this transition? Would love a little behind-the-scenes insight if you’re willing to share! 😁

Andy Toulis

@fajarhide Thank you!

Proxy is our first step towards a broader vision of equipping every person with powerful assistants.

Proxy is impressively versatile! I’ve used it to find recipes and set up my online grocery shop in one go as well as to regularly monitor the release of knitting patterns I’m waiting for! At work it is great at taking small, regular admin tasks off my hands. It seems to be getting better by the day, it is super exciting to find new tasks it can do for me. With the scheduled tasks especially it really has the potential to lighten the mental load of boring but necessary daily online tasks and help me focus on what matters. I love that I can outsource these things and then I don’t have to pick up my phone or laptop to do them risking an endless scroll!

@anne_hillebrand thanks so much! Shoutout if you have any feedback, the team is online today fielding any questions and requests

Congrats on the launch, team! Proxy is a fantastic tool for boosting productivity by automating real web interactions. It's exciting to see how it can handle tasks across platforms and save time for users. Looking forward to seeing how it evolves! 🚀

Looks very cool! I can see a few use cases for myself right off the bat. I'm particularly curious to know how the "book me a table" request works. Are you integrated with booking platforms?

I'm working on something related to that use-case (as part of a larger personalized restaurant recommendation platform), so would love learn more about your approach.

Tanmay Jain

@alexandra_papadopoulos thanks, forutunately the way we built proxy we don't need to integrate any platforms. We are able to browse the web, just like you!

Alexandra Papadopoulos

@tanmay_jain_  That's great! Looking forward to testing it out this weekend.

Do you guys have any plans to release some sort of affiliate/referral program? Building out several videos of awesome use-cases i'm using currently and just wanted to check! Will be directing people to your website either way :)

Congratulations on the next product, it is very agile and useful in our daily lives.
Tanmay Jain

@mariah_campos thanks, please share any feedback!

Ivan de Murard

This is very impressive!

What will be left for us humans to do?

I can't believe you built this agent using only 3 tools?

Tanmay Jain

@ivan_de_murard we have our own custom models under the hood!

Andy Toulis

@ivan_de_murard Flourish!

An inspiring example I like to keep in mind is maybe a person who is an amazing pottery expert, but wants to make their own business online. They likely do not have the resources to manage social medias, maybe they don't even speak English as a first language, but want to market their product. They also might look for inspiration and trends, but don't know where to start.

My sincere hope is that by levelling up all of humanity, we will all have higher potential, unlocked creativity, and better freedom.
