Prediction markets are exploding, but the tooling is stuck in 2017. What's missing?

Kalshi is now CFTC-regulated, just launched leveraged crypto perpetuals, and volume keeps climbing, but the stuff around trading is years behind: there's no clean way to do your taxes (the IRS hasn't even decided how this income is classified), no real P&L or performance analytics, and Kalshi has no actual FAQ. I've been building in this space and I'm curious how others see it: if you trade prediction markets, what's the most painful gap in the tooling for you? And if you don't, what would it take to get you in?
