This is actually one of the most practical AI workflow ideas I’ve seen in a while. Switching between different assistants usually means re-explaining project state over and over again, so having a shared evolving TODO layer makes a lot of sense for freelance/client work.
I also like that you focused on something operational instead of just another chat interface. Curious how you handle situations where two agents update the same task differently or start drifting in priorities over longer projects.
