Connect - College decisions, made transparent

Connect is a transparency-driven platform helping students who just completed 12th grade make smarter college decisions. Instead of relying on brochures, rankings, or outdated forums, students get real insights directly from current college seniors and get paid. Users can read honest posts, share anonymous blogs, and book paid 1-on-1 live sessions with seniors to understand placements, academics, branch options, and campus life turning expectations into real experiences before enrollment.

When we finished 12th, we were confused. We relied on brochures, rankings, and random forum posts. Coaching centers, relatives, seniors everyone had opinions but very few shared the real day-to-day reality of their college. Some friends didn’t know about branch-slide options in IITs/NITs. Some chose private colleges without clear placement insights. Some realized too late that expectations not equals to reality. That’s why we built Connect. A place where: • Current students share honest experiences (even anonymously) • 12th pass students can book 1-on-1 sessions with seniors • Decisions are made with clarity, not confusion We spent one full semester building this as students ourselves. Our goal isn’t to criticize any college, it’s to bring transparency so students can choose confidently
