Hi Product Hunt 👋 I'm Yassine, founder of ComparePtCover. I built this because every time I looked up how much is pet insurance," I got a vague national aerage — useless when the real cost swings 2–3× depening on where you live, your pet's age and the coverae you pick. So I made a free, no-signup calculator:pick your state, your pet's age and a coverage level and it estimates a realistic monthly premium using verage cost data for all 50 states. No email wall, n "get a quote" trap — just a number to start from. couple of things I learned building the underlying ata: - Location alone can swing a dog's premium ~57%— from ~$44/mo in the cheapest states to ~$69 in themost expensive. - Over a year, geography adds ~$300 or the same dog and the same coverage.
