How do you monitor broken affiliate links today?

I'm curious how other publishers and affiliate marketers handle this today.

Do you regularly check affiliate links, redirects and tracking parameters, or only notice problems when revenue drops?

While building CommissionGap, I realized how quickly this becomes difficult once a site has hundreds of pages and affiliate links.
