Congrats on the launch! I love the move to simplify and streamline feedback that oftentimes is kept on one persons' device, never to be shared with the team (or see the light of day). Great for a remote first collaborative environment

is there anything on the roadmap that excites you most?

I think mobile SDK excites me the most since there is no other product that allows you to have features like Commented offers for the mobile apps

many new features are on our roadmap. Mobile SDK is definitely another game-changer feature. However, I think what will be sensational is having Commented extensions for all browsers. It is in our 2023 Q4 roadmap.
It just looks amazing! Definitely going to try it out.

this is fun and much-needed. but I'm wondering how overwhelming and out of hand will it get if used on a public website with high visitor traffic. also, can a text be selected so the comment is specific to a part of the text and not the whole thing?

Thank you for your comment. This is only accessible by the people you invite to the project so not everyone has access. That's how you can keep it in control. Let me know if you have any further doubts. 🙌

For the second question, we do not allow an area or text selection yet but we detect if the comment is made on a text. If you think that would be useful we can consider for future improvements.
hmmm, i was wondering if a newly launched website can integrate commented to get feedbacks from the public on the design or even ux of their site. can this be done?

yes that's possible, you just need to use code snippet and create some users for your public testers. Guest accounts will be in the product very soon.

I believe text selection and highlighting only selected pieces of copy will be with you at the beginning of Decembe 23.
I love how the person (I guess he is the founder?) is super energetic in the intro video, but feel that there are lack of demos of your product. Too much part of the video is just his talking 😁 Just a small feedback. Good luck with your launching!

that's great feedback. You're absolutely right video lacks some usability demo parts. To be honest, we wanted to have it however couldn't make it before the launch. lessons learnt.
