What made you take your startup seriously?

For me it usually starts when an idea stops feeling like just an idea

You start talking to real people

Someone actually wants to use it

Maybe someone even pays for it

That changes how you look at the whole thing

You stop thinking about what could work and start thinking about what actually needs to work
