How do you know when a SaaS idea is worth building?

I get a lot of ideas

Some look great when you first think about them

Then you start talking to people and realize they don’t really need it

I think this is one of the hardest parts of building

Knowing when to stop thinking about the idea and actually build it

How do you usually test a SaaS idea before spending weeks building it?
