How did you get your first 10 SaaS users

I am working around SaaS growth and one thing I keep thinking about is the first few users

Getting the first 10 users feels very different from getting users later

You can not really depend on a big audience at that stage

Some founders use cold outreach

Some talk to people in communities

Some get users through friends or referrals

Some just keep talking to people who have the problem

I’d like to know what actually worked for founders here

When you were trying to get your first 10 users what channel gave you the first real users who actually stayed and used the product?
