I’m Maulik, Founder of NotchUp.

I’ve spent the last 20 years building engineering teams. The most painful pattern I saw? Brilliant senior engineers getting rejected because their PDF resumes missed a specific 'keyword' or couldn't convey the nuance of their leadership style.We are trying to represent high-definition humans in a low-resolution format (PDFs). It’s broken.
