A good hire can save you so much time and money. Good job!
@przemyslaw_szustak It's totally worth it, especially if you don't procrastinate and plan your launch with a deadline.
We launched on a day with the least amount of traffic and we were still barely able to answer all the emails and messages we got.

I'd urge you to starting thinking about vetting process and outlining your public Playbook.
I.e. TopTal's 3% thing or niche experts, etc.
Also look into B2B positioning, look at the ServiceNow business model.

Offering TopTal-like services sounds like the next natural step. It has so much synergy with what we do. We are considering a similar route for the future but it took us way longer than you to come up with that ;)
