Cocktails - A native macOS GUI for Homebrew that hides nothing

by
Cocktails is a native macOS app for Homebrew that stays transparent: every install, upgrade or uninstall runs the real `brew` command and streams its output live. Browse installed formulae & casks, search, see what's outdated, and handle services, taps and maintenance — plus batch operations, an inline dependency tree, and a menu-bar agent that notifies you when updates land. Native, signed & notarized, multilingual (EN/FR/ES/DE), free.

Hi Product Hunt 👋 I'm Yves, the maker. I love Homebrew but wanted a GUI that *complements* the CLI instead of hiding it — so Cocktails always shows the actual `brew` command it runs and its live output. Favorite touches: batch upgrade/uninstall, the transitive dependency tree inline, and a menu-bar agent that pings you on updates. Built native with Avalonia/.NET. It's free, source is public. Would love your feedback on what to surface next!
