Product is good but don't you think free alternatives are already available? Like, what's the key USP to use it?

HI Udit, We also have a free option that users can get just by signing up. Our paid version is mainly aimed at professionals who collaborate with multiple people during their research process. With many of the free alternatives you can't access you highlights and notes form multiple devices, locate them efficiently, they work well on either PDF or web and have very limited collaboration. Things like adding different levels of permisons to the data shared or real time communication are often not all available within the same tool.
