CLOE is an AI-native finance layer that sits on top of ERPs to automate how companies plan, close, and report. Unlike legacy tools that require manual workflows, CLOE uses a deterministic accounting engine combined with AI to handle revenue recognition, reconciliations, and financial reporting end to end. It integrates directly with systems like Salesforce and NetSuite, understands contracts and policies, and produces audit-ready outputs without spreadsheets or consultants.

We built CLOE after years in finance seeing the same problem everywhere: critical workflows like revenue, close, and reporting still run on spreadsheets layered on top of ERPs. The tools exist, but the work still happens manually. We didn’t want to build another dashboard or “AI assistant.” Instead, we built an AI-native execution layer that actually does the work. CLOE sits on top of your ERP and CRM, understands contracts and policies, and runs workflows like revenue recognition and financial reporting end to end with audit-ready outputs. A big shift for us was realizing AI alone isn’t enough for finance. We combined deterministic accounting logic with AI so numbers always tie out, while still handling messy inputs like contracts and unstructured data. We’re starting with revenue and financial reporting, but the goal is larger: replace the fragmented stack of tools, spreadsheets, and service providers with one intelligent layer.
