What actually moves growth in a business?

Every time I start something new, I hit the same question.

What actually drives growth?

Is it posting more content?
Running ads?
Hiring agencies?

I’ve tried all of it. Sometimes it works for a bit, then everything slows down again.

What I’ve noticed is this:

Growth doesn’t come from doing more.
It comes from doing the right things, consistently, without stopping.
