Building a cross-platform clipboard sync with zero server costs — is it possible?

Hey everyone! I’m launching ClipFlow in 11 hours. It's a cross-platform shared clipboard tool built for developers and power users who care about data privacy.
When architecting it, I wanted to solve two big problems: avoid third-party servers touching sensitive clipboard data, and avoid huge infrastructure costs for myself as a solo indie developer.
The solution? ClipFlow creates a secure personal network using the user’s own Google Firebase config, completely encrypted client-side with a single shared password. Zero database load on my side, 100% data control on the user's side.
Would love to hear your thoughts on this architecture approach! See you at midnight PT! 🚀
