Hi Product Hunt! 👋 After Aphélie (sunrise & sunset to the second), here is my third app — built, like the others, entirely from my iPhone. No computer involved. Climathélie answers a simple question with real data: what’s the weather really like in any place, any month? It averages up to 31,412 days of Copernicus ERA5 archives (1940-2025) per location and turns them into 22 climate normals: temperatures, feels-like, humidity, rain, snow, frost, sunshine, clouds, fog, thunderstorms, wind, pressure, sea temperature, UV… You can adjust the reference period (WMO 1991-2020 by default), follow one given month across the decades, compare two places month by month or day by day, export everything to CSV, and take your places fully offline. It covers 7,778 built-in cities and any spot on Earth — down to an 80-people village or raw GPS coordinates. One honest note: the first load of a new place takes about 20-30 seconds — the app crunches those ~31,000 days live, with no intermediate database. After that, the place opens instantly, even offline. Free preview (8 cities, no sign-up): €0.99, one single payment. No subscription, no ads, no account, no App Store. I’d love your feedback — missing variables, use cases, design. Everything helps! ☀️

This is such a great idea! I love how easy it is to explore the climate throughout the year in different parts of the world. Really useful for comparing destinations and figuring out the best time to travel. Great job! 👏🌍

Great and useful app. I find it to be user friendly. Makes planning for the week and holidays highly efficient!!
