So the thing is, I agree with with every cycle of building a sales team we found ourselves using the flashiest tool out there and use less of its features. However, what tends to happen is we map a few lead journeys and come up with needs for the CRM tool and most of the time the leanest tool doesn't cut it due to lack of features to suit the sales structure. HOWEVER, there are times when you're starting off with a small setup and you don't have complex needs and this is where this tool fits in.

Aptly put Biro When you are starting out, you need a simple setup for everything so that things are easily scaleable and manageable. As your business grows, you need systems which can handle the complexity among other things. We will surely be in a place where not only the simplest of things but also the most complex things can be achieved via Clientjoy. It is our goal that we are striving and working towards each day.
