Would you rather have 1,000 leads or 10 real opportunities?

Here's something I've been thinking about while building ClientFinch. πŸ‘€

Most lead generation tools focus on one thing: more leads.

More contacts. More companies. Bigger databases.

But as someone with a background in SEO and web development, I've always wondered:

What if the real problem isn't finding enough businesses, but finding businesses you have a genuine reason to approach?

Imagine two options:

πŸ”Ή Option A: A list of 1,000 businesses with basic contact information.

πŸ”Ή Option B: A list of 10 businesses with identifiable website issues, such as SEO problems, slow loading times, or technical weaknesses your agency could potentially fix.

Which would you choose?

This question inspired me to build ClientFinch, a platform that discovers UK businesses and automatically analyses websites to identify potential improvement opportunities.

Of course, finding a website issue doesn't mean the business is ready to buy. But I believe it gives agencies a much more meaningful starting point for research.

I'm curious what other founders, freelancers, and agency owners think.

πŸ’¬ Would you prioritize lead quantity or evidence-backed opportunities?

And what information would make a prospect genuinely valuable to you?

I'd love to hear your thoughts! πŸš€
