ClickUp 2.0 - One app to replace them all

It's the best! Stop looking for! It just getting better and better without hurting your pocket.

I have researched A LOT of task management/project management solutions (Asana, Zenkit, MeisterTask, etc). Click Up had the most comprehensive set of features of any solutions I had used in the past....all in one place. Recurring tasks, goal and portfolio management, custom sorting and more. I recommend Click Up to everyone I talk to looking for a way to better manage their time and focus when juggling multiple project demands.

We looked at many productivity platforms as well. We liked Click up early on, and now are loving it more as we see more upgrades and integrations. I have been using it almost one year now. We loved the almost limitless subtasking possibilities, and the ability to easily make a subtask a regular task as well. I am enjoying the integration with Outlook as well, so that I see tasks easily in Outlook as well. Thank you so much, Click Up!

huge fan of Clickup! has everything that Asana has (and more!) and is FREE for most of the features! still learning how to use this tool for optimal workflows, but it is already saving my sanity!

Clickup is amazing! As someone who is fairly new to project management as a career, this tool was easy to learn and have our team actually use. We use this for the video production industry and it's so easy to have all production documents, links, client feedback everything you can think of in one place and easy to find. Also, the customer service is absolutely amazing, every question or issue I've had they respond within a day and their answers are actually helpful, unlike some other sites/crms that I have used.

A powerful and useful productivity-planning-to-do-management-community app. It's probably the most feature rich and flexible app in this kind. If someone wants flexibility and powerful features but not mind learning a bit, this is the best tool to use!

I've been using ClickUp a little over a month - first just for myself, and now for a group of 6. As other reviewers have mentioned, ClickUp's proved to be an intuitive and scale-able platform for simple task management, project coordination or program management. In the short time I've been using ClickUp I've seen at least a dozen enhancements rolled out, most if not all of them coming from the user community idea bank. New user onboarding's a breeze and all the Chrome extensions and view options make using it so easy. I've used half a dozen task management/PM platforms, eventually abandoning them for one reason or another. I think my search is over! Keep up the great work.

This is a really great application - it's quickly becoming our one-stop-shop for tasks, issues, ideas and projects - across the team. I love the ease of use but also the configurability.

I've tried everything out there and ClickUp really is the best combination of features. I've been using it for about a year and recently I tried looking back on all of the other products I've tried to see if they had improved over time and most of them haven't changed at all, some have added features and put them behind a higher priced paywall than what ClickUp charges. What I really like is how much they involve users. It's easy to make suggestions and vote on ideas. I believe this is why ClickUp has the variety of features that they do. I'm using it to manage my knitting pattern designs, but it's also been extremely helpful in planning our military move across country and keeping up with my workout routine. Almost anyone could find a use for this ClickUp.
