how do you fill and drain the reservoir?

Hi, Jen! The reservoir needs to be filled manually once in a couple of months, because we wanted to keep the installation of the farm as easy as possible (no need to invite the plumber), but we do offer opportunities to connect it to the central water system for those we request it.
