ClearClause - Understand any contract in 60 seconds — no lawyer needed

Hey Product Hunt! 👋 I'm the maker of ClearClause and I'm really excited to share this with you today. The idea came from a frustrating personal experience. A client contract had a clause that claimed ownership of work I did completely outside our project — on my own time, with my own tools. I only caught it by accident. Most people wouldn't have. The problem is: lawyers cost $300–500/hour, and most freelancers and small business owners can't justify that for every contract they sign. So we skim, hope for the best, and sometimes get burned. ClearClause reads the contract for you and explains it like a knowledgeable friend would — plain English summary, red flags ranked by severity, key clauses decoded, and a risk score out of 10. The whole thing takes about 60 seconds. I built this with Lovable.dev and the Claude AI API, launching it as a side project.
