As in-house counsel to startups, I kept running into the "security questionnaire" problem. I was frustrated by the process. A questionnaire would come in, be 900 questions long and the client would expect it to be completed in less than a week. The sales rep had no idea how to answer the questions and neither did I. Booking internal meetings and sending emails did not speed up the internal process. Finding the answers was incredibly painful. I wanted to put the control back in the sales reps hands by creating a relational database with machine learning to augment its usefulness, thus ClearOPS. Added functionality includes public data research about your company that can be added to the database, minimizing the work it takes to drag the initial information from busy colleagues.
