The Cleaning School
Hey Product Hunt 👋 I built this because I lived the problem firsthand. When I started my cleaning agency, I spent months piecing together information from YouTube videos, Reddit threads, and generic business courses. I understood the model — but I still didn't have a phone script to read from on my first client call, a job ad that actually attracted reliable cleaners, or a pricing table with real numbers. I had to build all of that myself through trial, error, and a lot of money left on the table. The problem isn't that information about starting a cleaning business doesn't exist. There's plenty of it. The problem is that information isn't the same as a system. Knowing you need a call script is different from having one. Knowing you should price correctly is different from having a table that tells you exactly what the market charges for every service type. So I built what I wish had existed — a complete operating system pulled directly from my agency's actual operations. The phone script in this playbook is the one my agency uses on incoming calls today. The job ad is the one I post when I'm hiring. The pricing table reflects what I actually charge. The product evolved significantly during development. Early versions were more course-like — explanatory, module-heavy, video-oriented. I kept stripping things back until what remained was purely operational: the assets you open and use immediately, with no interpretation required. The guiding principle became "read today, launch this week." Everything that didn't serve that got cut. 340+ people are already running their agencies with this system.
