For us, an interesting technical challenge in AI for SMBs is getting useful work done inside the software a small team already depends on. A customer asking to move an appointment can involve a conversation, a scheduling system, and several business rules.

With ClawEase, we're exploring a browser-based approach: inspect the existing process, turn it into a reusable skill, and test the conversation and execution together. The harder questions are how to handle exceptions, adapt when a page changes, and make it clear when a person should step in.
