I've been flying since 2008 and served as Trustee, Chairman, and Treasurer across three UK aircraft syndicates. The admin was tough, chasing outstanding balances, reconciling flight logs with bank statements, filling in CAA forms at short notice. All the stuff that should be automated, wasn't. Existing systems didn't fit, either too big and costly or just online calendars.
