Chaz - Onboard AI agents like you'd onboard a new hire

by•
You wouldn't onboard a new employee with a sticky note. Chaz makes sure you don't do it with your AI agents either. One place to write every agent brief, check it for conflicts, version it, and pull it into any tool via API. Your team updates the brief. Your app picks it up. No redeploy. No copy-paste. No "which version is actually live?"

Hey PH šŸ‘‹
I built Chaz after spending way too many hours writing system prompts that still produced agents that went off-script, used the wrong tone, or I tweaked so many times I was lost.

The problem isn't that system prompts are hard to write — it's that there's no structured way to track agent development and have it evolve as your organisation evolves. Put simply agents shouldn't be static, as your companies is not static.

Plenty of people are working on agents for HR, but this is different, this is Chaz: HR for agents.

What's in v1:
- Agent identity & mission setup
- Personality dials (proactivity, verbosity, risk tolerance)
- Hard rules engine (never do / always do)
- One-click system prompt export
- Live agent test panel — talk to your configured agent before you deploy
- JSON export for storing and versioning agent configs

Would love your feedback — especially from anyone building agents for production use. What's missing? What would make this actually useful for your workflow?
